HOW TO MEASURE AND FIND YOUR SIZE

In order to determine your body size it’s best to measure yourself in your underwear, as clothes tend to distort the readings. Note that we indicate all our measurements in cm. Remember to hold the tape horizontally and to keep it taught and not snug around your body.

(a) CHEST
Measure over highest point and around the widest part.

(b) WAIST
Measure around the most narrow part between chest and hip.

(c) HIP
Measure around the widest part, approximately 20 cm from waistline.

(d) JEANS WAIST
We have 3 standards for where to measure waist on jeans:
- High Waist = Measure around at Waist
- Medium Waist = Measure around 5 cm from waistline.
- Low Waist = Measure around 8 cm from waistline.
